Each wallpaper is made to order through my trusted production partner. It usually takes 1-3 days to complete the order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. I use premium tracked services worldwide like DHL, FedEx, TNT, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Yamato
Shipping is usually 2-4 days, depending on where you live.
Each wallpaper is printed to order based on your selected size and specifications. For this reason, I’m unable to accept returns or refunds for a change of mind or incorrect measurements.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. I will review the case and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
If a return is required and the issue is not due to a fault or production error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Before committing to a full wall, I highly recommend ordering a sample to ensure you are confident in your choice of design, color, and material.
